About Battleship — 🚢 Naval grid strategy

The classic naval grid game. Five ships per side, 10×10 board. AI uses "hunt and target" strategy — random checkerboard search until a hit, then methodical adjacent-cell follow-up.

How to play Battleship

  1. Click any cell on the enemy grid to fire.
  2. Red = hit, blank = miss.
  3. Sink all 5 enemy ships before they sink yours.

Tips & strategy

  • Search using a checkerboard pattern — covers most cells with fewer shots.
  • After a hit, fire adjacent cells in all 4 directions.
  • Once a ship's sunk, return to checkerboard mode.
