3. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent subscription access controls.

5. Intellectual Property

All games available on the Platform are provided by third-party game developers and are subject to their respective licenses. The ShadowBot Gaming brand, website design, and original content are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShadowBot Gaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
