1. Our Commitment
At ShadowBot Gaming, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. If you are not happy with your experience, we are here to help.
2. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial on the Pro plan. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends with no charge.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- Cancellation stops future billing immediately.
- You retain full access to the Platform until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period unless stated below.
4. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- First-time subscribers: If you subscribed for the first time and have not accessed any games, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your first charge.
- Technical issues: If a significant technical fault on our end prevented you from using the Platform for more than 72 consecutive hours and we were unable to resolve it, you may request a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full immediately.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You forgot to cancel before a renewal date.
- You no longer use the Platform or changed your mind after the 48-hour window.
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- You experienced issues caused by your own device, internet connection, or browser.

- Your registered email address.
- The date of the charge.
- The reason for your refund request.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
